Atlanta has seen exponential growth over the last twenty years. In the late 80’s thousands began to move to ATLto take advantage of the explosive job market and phenomenal neighborhoods for families and singles alike. To date, Atlanta is still an attractive city. Citizens here adore the picturesque landscape, great entertainment, excellent shopping and rich culture. Several prestigious private and public universities in the Atlanta area stand as beacons of hope for students across this country. Many of these students go on to become permanent citizens of the area.
Despite the recent slowing down of growth within the area, Atlanta remains one of the best cities in the U.S. and ranks as the 9th largest city in the country according to the 2009 U.S. Census numbers. That’s up two slots from 2008’s 11th place ranking. Click here to read the full article.
