Eating can be a joy. However, sometimes the thought of where to eat, what to cook and the preparation associated with it can be overwhelming. Meals during the week should be quick and not heavy. Today we’re going to continue our series on eating and saving. Hopefully this provides a little help with menu selection and preparation.
- Create meals from scratch. Sometimes the preparation that goes into developing meals from scratch is cumbersome, but the value is terrific.
- Cease eating out for a while. As a matter of fact, set aside those monies and apply to a bill or vacation fund. If you’re going to eat out, choose family style restaurants or those that have special offers.
